I believe it would be impossible to spot celebrities in a welfare office or in the thrift store, most likely you would have to go to Beverly hills and spend some money at the expensive restaurants just to get a glimpse of them celebrities, however don't try to get close to them cause most of them have armed bodyguards... uhhh
