Some personal advice.
Don’t limit your search to positions that you feel you are qualified for, shoot above and beyond that. While experience is important, it is not as important (in some cases) as simply possessing the right attitude and willingness to learn more. Many employers will look at this sort of thing over any experience.

I know how you feel. I'm not sure of your credentials, but if you just have a degree but no experience, it's very hard. I was fortunate to have an internship through my college. I was able to get experience that way. Getting certifications help as well. My brother has a degree in networking, but he makes more at his current "non-networking" job than he would at an entry level networking job. It's crazy.
