that i am 29 inches in the upper ariea and i have a bra size 30A cuz it fits but i tried on a 32 and that fit fine

bra's from different manufactures vary. The type of bra make a difference as well. It may also depend on the time of the month and how your breasts react. What kind of a look are you going for? Did you ask a consultant to help you try them on? Who measured you at 29 and exactly where?

The number on the tag is not as meaningful as the feel.
Buy and wear the one that provides and best support and comfort.

oh well, anyway that happens to me too, just take back the 2 sizes next time ur trying on bras and see which one or both fit better

Maybe different manufacters. Sizes can run big, or small. I doubt your breasts have grown.
