ive been split up from my ex for over a year now (just waiting for decree absalute to come through) but last week he came over and we ended up having sex also this week too and he phones nearly every day got a 4 year old together so i see him every week and always tryed to stay friends the problem is he lives with someone else am i being stupid to let this happen weve been through this now twice since we split i do love him and but dont want to be hurt again my child doesnt see anything so she wont get hurt i think im kidding myself it can work .

You are sleeping with him because you still love him and think that sleeping with him will bring him back to you. It won't. If he was serious about you he would get rid of his live in and start developing a new relationship with you. That should include beginning dating again, just like a new person. yes honey you are kidding yourself. you said it yourself, he's living with someone else. what he's doing is having his cake and eating it too. he knows you well, he probably knows you are vulnerable and although i am sure you guys still care for eachother, the fact remains you're getting divorced. nothing good can really come of the fact that you are sleeping together anymore, nothing but trouble and all the more difficulty for you to move on. i advise you to stop, before real feelings get involved and you or anyone else gets hurt.

Sounds like you two need to try to work things out. Seriously. Talk to him about it. You got a kid together and the kid will end up being confused if the daddy comes over all the time but all of a sudden is gone.

Get the girl he is staying with out of the picture before you start anything serious. Make sure what caused your breakup doesnt happen again. If you truly are IN LOVE with him though, go for it.

you made the break first time girl keep going it didn't work out the first time why should it again! he is constantly hurting people around him and obviously cares about himself and his own gratification. speaking as a bloke he'll do it again and again if you let him, so bin him now and stop the aggravation
