She's a little firecracker, but she is only 16.

Its not "wrong" but just a function of the fact that we men think with our genitals. Society tells you you can't act on it.

So sniff her seat but don't get caught ;-)

it's not wrong to find her attractive, but it would be wrong to do anything about it on three different levels.

one, she's underage. that's just asking for trouble (i.e. statutory).

two, you're more than a decade older than her as well. if you were closer to her age (like 18-20), then it might be a little different, but there's too much distance between your ages.

three, if she's your employee (are you a manager?), then the boss/employee relationship needs to be kept separate from anything else. dating co-workers is generally a no-no in most businesses, but if you're her immediate superior, then it's definitely out.

there's nothing wrong with admiring someone who is beautiful, and even being attracted to that person. but when you consider acting upon that attraction, you need to think of the situation and the consequences first. in this case, any action would be inviting trouble, both ethical and legal.

Ya know, it really bothers me when people think that is disgusting.... Hell no it isnt wrong of you to find her attractive. Unfortunately, in this day and age, it IS illegal to do anything sexual with her.

But lets go back just 100 years and we will find that this was totally acceptable. In fact, women over 16 were old maids! Women were marrried as young as 9-12 years old. They were mothers by 16.

Just changing time my man. Im 35 and find my 17 year old neighbor SMOKING hot....that is the age in which they become sexually mature. Why SHOULDNT we be attracted to them?!?!?!?!

I'm 25 and really fancied a 16 year old I was working with. I just did nothing except look as I think the age difference was too great.

If she is HOT, then she is hot! There is nothing wrong with finding her attractive, or even thinking about how good it would feel to bend her over your desk and let her have it, but acting on those desires would be, perhaps, a little wrong. If she wants it, give it to her. If she doesn't, tell her that her job is on the line.

It is not wrong for you to find her attractive. But is is VERY VERY WRONG for you to try it on with her!! When I was about 17 I worked for a guy who was about 30, who was very touchy feely and quite frankly, a bit of a perv. He made me feel very uncomfortable. You might not feel the age difference so much but I bet she does!!

Also, you are her boss and I think that is a line that should not be crossed!!! You are in a position of trust, so please don't abuse it!! She's still just a kid and probably very inexperienced!! (although she may not look it!!)

It is only wrong if you are considering any action such as asking her out.
so do your self a favour and either change your shift so you are not in the store when she is or find another solution yourself. before you ar tempted to act and she then sues you for sexual harassment within the work place or what ever the legal definition is.

No it's not wrong. A lot of young people are looking older now. You can't act on it, and you know that. That being said if I caught you looking at my 16 yo daughter like that..... Let's just say you wouldn't be happy.

to think someone is attractive is not wrong; however, pursuing a relationship or even flirting with her would be!

since you asked a question I assume you want her, so I guess the best answer is to stick with someone you own age or at least 18+

According to law I guess it is. She has to be 18 for you to put your paws on her. But no, I don't think it's wrong. Age is really nothing when it comes to relationships but be safe and wait for her to be legally old enough for you so you don't have trouble with the law.
