You have got to be kidding. You sound like all the America haters and naysayers from the 70's and 80's who predicted that Communism would sweep the world and we would all be speaking Russian by 1984.
Fine shape the USSR is in these days, hey?
God Bless Ronald Reagan!!

you see there is a big difference if that were to be the case. These other countries scare the US because the world sees the US as weak in the face of true armies. What you dont realize is that in every conflict after the korean war that we have been involved in, we have restrained our military. The politics involved with war have been too deep. If in the event there is a world war 3, the congress would declare war which would in turn give the president the power to actually take out another country with disproportionate overwhelming force and with our technology and firepower, no other country on earth could come close to stopping us. Sure china has a huge army, as does north korea. Iran has thier insurgent stronghold. But remember japan? Thier entire country was a fighting member of thier military, they either fought the "gaishin" invading infidels, or they killed themselves in honor of the emperor. We killed millions of japanese people to thousands of our people. That was singlehandedly while fighting in europe after 4 years of war already. Our country has the capacity to destroy any and all other countries that even think about it. And the other real funny thing is that our nuclear sheild system will be completely operational within months and at that point, every other countries airborne nuclear arsenal will be obsolete. But not ours. So at that point if another country decides to get a little frisky and form an axis to attack the US. Our allies will form up against them and according to NATO, you attack one of us, you attack all of us. A provocation of war will ultimately lead to their destruction. Years later, english speaking, freedom loving people will stroll the beaches of china, tour ancient persia(iran), and south korean goods will flow freely throughout asia and europe via rail system. The countries that align against us will be absorbed and dismantled to become like docile goldfish in a world of sharks. Want proof? Present day germany, italy, and japan. All are permitted a national guard and thats it. Any more and they are subject to be attacked again. Besides that, they are all on our side now too. If people are scared of north korea and iran and china and......cuba? You are naive and need to unplug from the communist news network(CNN) and just relax because the US military has been slapping thier ho's around for over 200 years. And our pimp hand is way strong.

Iran would be the most dangerous. A religously extremist country attempting to achieve nuclear weapons with a history of complete disreagard for civilian deaths. That is very dangerous.
Isreal throws tantrims now and then but is generally stable. North Korea lacks that ability project military, political or economic power further than 38th parallel. And China has too much invested by way to trade and economic agreements with the West to want instability. Instability is bad for business.

The USA can out nuke iran, china, and north korea put together. Iran would not require a WW, neither would North Korea. Communist Red China has now become interested in money.... it appears that they have also become interested in a better life for their citizens.... very unusual for a communist country. Red China is even taking steps to reduce pollution. I am amazed that a communist country would do that.
It is not any one country that is especially dangerous to world stability, it is the fanaticism of Islamo-facists which is the most dangerous, they are akin to Nazis and communists, much like a fifth column without a country. They are people who follow the rantings of a siezure ridden mad man who murdered and pillaged the Mid east about 1300-1400 years ago. That man was Mohammed, he advocated to his followers, "slaughter every Jew who comes into your hands." As for others, he commanded, "Drive all the unfaithful from Arabia"..... the fruitcakes who follow this lunatic's rantings have now expanded the are to the whole world. The world had better wake up.

Iran, China and North Korea, either singularly or collectively are pathetically weak nations.
The Chinese economy, rather than being powerful is teetering on the brink of total collapse. Economic inequities in that country make those in the United States look puny by comparison. More than 80% of the population are wretchedly poor peasants living in filth and enduring a daily existence that would likely cause you or I to commit suicide if we had to put up with it for a week. China is one of the most polluted nations on Earth and, at any one given moment, a substantial portion of the urban population is sick (respiratory diseases are epidemic). If the USA would simply cease trade with China the country would collapse in a week.
In North Korea, substantial numbers of citizens are eating grass and tree bark., Were it not for international aid, almost the entire country would starve to death.
Iran, with its nuclear development, can, like North Korea and China, present the possibility of a single, very damaging attack (by sneaking a bomb into the US in a cargo ship for example). But they know perfectly well that any such attack would carry the risk that the USA would simply wipe them from the face of the Earth.
And yes, you did mention WW III but in a context that suggest that the USA would not initiate such a war. You are greatly mistaken. That war has already been planned as a contingency should any of the three named countries be so foolish as to tempt our wrath.

Israel and China are totally dependent upon the US for economic and political support. US investment is so heavy in China -- and US manufacturing capacity so decrepit, that neither could consider destablizing the other.
Israel may be despised, but it's for the usual anti-Semitic reasons, things that have been going on forever: resentment of intellect and success; and to a lesser extent (some) Jews' clannishness. Irrelevant in the scheme of things. Having another evil state in its place would probably be worse.
North Korea is the quintessential rogue state, black marketing drugs and counterfeit goods -- and, more seriously, US $100 bills made by their own engraving house and almost indistinguishable from the real thing. I was given a (presumed) fake collected by a bank in Hong Kong, stamped counterfeit and presumably distributed through a North Korean connected bank in Macau (that was in 1989) and I couldn't tell it from a real one even with a magnifying glass. I had to send it to the Secret Service in Honolulu for examination.
Iran is behind Hezbollah and they are truly dangerous. Shiites, if you know them, have a martyrdom complex going back to the time of the Second Caliph, Umar, whom they don't recognize. They flaggelate themselves over the myth of Ali. If Iran goes nuclear we are all fried.
Thank Israel for having bombed Osirak, the reactor the French sold to Saddam. In retrospect we are all saved. And I don't mean Rapture-Ready saved.

You're talking about 2 DIFFRENT events...Military wise USA is on the top of course...
as for World piece and unstability: Israel,USA,Iran,North Korea,China
USA has it's own "minions and allies" (one of them is the country with the 2nd most powerful army in the world and htat's brittain) so it won't stand alone against any hostile countries...
Now the US is trying to stay at the top which is why it keeps "trying" to strike down its opponents...but soon enough its time will come ad there's nothing it can do about it by then...
Also I'm not excluding the possibilty of a major war which will include (Israel, USA, Lebanon, Iran and Syria for the least) and it might escalade to a world war III indeed since there are many provoked countries that might interfree:
Great Brittain: As a US ally and a "peacekeeper"
Fance: Opposing the US polotics and waiting for its chance to retaliate
Arab Countries:There are current semi-revolutions in its streets against their leaders for standing idol in front of the Israelli carnage
North Korea: As a country that boosted its importance and military capabilities by its developping to nuclear weapons
China: As a threat to the US because of its growing ecnomy like you refferred
And Finally..the UN army: which are supposed to be "peacekeepers" as well but that remains to be seen...

The most powerful country is always the most dangerous so that makes the U.S. the most dangerous. As far as china goes the U.S. has control of thier economic growth because the U.S. controls the oil now that we have armies in the mideast. If we cut off thier oil they are very limited in what they can do.

Probably the most dangerous country in the world at the moment is America because of it's full on intent to impose it's beliefs and ideals on countries from different backgrounds and beliefs.
Also the shoot first think later attitude risks conflict.
