Greece. Budapest has an amazing impact on you for the sheer number of people there, but the poverty levels are still very visible and taints trips. Nothing brings you down like seeing young girls being prostituted. Greece has amazing historical places, is still a secure good place for tourist, has plenty of different activities, it's people are friendly and is a pretty good bang for your buck

Both places are incredible.
Is easy to travel in Europe maybe you can go to both places.

Greece, definitely. I was there two years ago, and I reccommend sight-seeing in Athens (Acropolis, Zeus' Temple). If relaxation is your game, check out one of the islands...San Torini is very relaxed and a great place to spend a holiday.

I have been to Budapest and it is nice and cheep but I have heard Sharm is great. Nice resorts and beaches.
