My mother has been tanning for years, sun and sunbed and she's always gotten a nice colour out of it but this year she doesn't get any result, it's noticeable how pale she is. Any tips on how she can improve her colour? She uses a sunbed about four times a week for ten minutes on each side, she already scrubs and uses oil.

Tell her to try a tingle lotion with bronzer. It energizes the skin and gets circulation going which makes even the hardest to tan people tan faster and darker. Also to make sure her skin is well moisturized with a salon style tan extender. Even if she doesn't have a tan the moisturizer will give her healthier skin and moisturized skin which tans faster and holds for longer. A good one to try is by Designer Skin called Mayhem or Swedish Beautys Sinful.

good question!! iv been using sunbeds for months and had a lovely tan but over the last week or two it has faded and i look pale too,even with the great weather weve had!! il be interested if anyone knows how

You can use bronzers when you're putting on make up and there are all sorts of tanning lotions that will be better for her skin. If she's really looking for the fake bake thing though, olive oil mixed with tea has worked for me before? maybe she could try that out.

tell her to try a differnt tanning bed. either that... tell her to take a break from the indoor tanning because her skin might be damaged. time off could make her skin responsive to the tanning bed rays

maybe your mother should try different tanning salons, and extend her time period in the beds. But as for regular tanning, try different lotions with lowers SPF's like 4 for example.

OMG she might not be getting colour because she might have Skin caner man sunbed will kill you rather than cure you Bloody hell your mad and they should be banned.

her skin will be damaged from that light she could use some sun lotion that self tans so it helps her go browner without putting more on

you can take imadeen tablets these are said to accelerate the tan
