check if:
1.is turned ON ?
2. have power ?
3. check the power cable
4.check if still connected to your computer. Reboot your computer.
5. check about any kind of light ..flashing LEDs...and check the user guide about those lights.
6.check the suplies - toner, ink or paper.
7. call a friend which is much knowledge about printers + IT then you

reinstall the drivers
reseat all cables and reboot it, including your computer.
if it's usb, switch ports.

I THINK YOU SHOULD REPLACE THE INK,IF THAT DOES NOT WORK TRY CHECKING THE CABLES.
