Fidel Castro/ Cuban president,

Greetings From an American who appreciates your endurance and courage to be so determined to lead your Cuban people for so long.

Take your time to recuperate; don’t rush yourself back to work, Mr. President, Don’t be afraid; Cuba is in good hands: if God is for us, who can be against us!

You have triumphed so far, now is the time to begin to move with the present times by being at peace with the United States of America, for the sake of your fellow country men, (compatriots) who are making their home in the United States and long to come back to Cuba.

I...what?

First of all, this isn't a question. It's a poorly-written letter addressed to a seriously ill man who has in all likelihood never even heard of this site.

Second of all, Fidel Castro is, indisputably, a dictator with a horrendous record in the area of human rights. The fact that he HAS kept relations with the US reasonably civil is practically the only good thing he's done.

Third of all, I'm not really sure what your titular question has to do with the rest of this.

Have a nice day anyhow.
