Nope. home pregnancy tests measure the amount of the hormone Hcg in your urine. A urinary tract infection will add bacteria to your urine, but it will not produce Hcg. Unless it is affecting your ability to pee on the stick, a UTI should not affect your outcome, and it will definitely not cause a false-positive. If you have a UTI, you should go to the doctor and get treated as soon as possible. While you are at the doctor's office, you can ask the nurse to do a pregnancy test so you are sure it is done properly.

possibly but theres no way to tell. you should go to a doctor to get the pregnancy test if you are worried about it because a doctor has more accurate knowledge.
