Crush Those Cramps
In the meantime, a girl wants to stay comfortable. Some cramps are noticeable but don't really get in the way of a girl's normal routine. Other cramps might make a girl feel lousy and less able to do stuff. For bothersome cramps, a girl can talk with her mom or dad about taking a pain reliever. Check with a doctor to find out about pain relievers and other treatments that can reduce cramps.
If you get them, don't let cramps sneak up on you! It's best to start taking pain relievers slightly in advance of the cramps. Your mom or dad can help you decide when to start taking pain relievers and give you the correct dose of the medicine. A parent also can set a schedule so you can take another dose of pain reliever at the right time.
You'll want to take it before school, for instance, and maybe have it on hand at school so the nurse can give you a dose at the right time. By taking pain relievers on a schedule, you can keep cramps away so you can go about your normal day without feeling awful.
What else can you do? Exercise! Being physically active can ease cramps, probably because exercise releases endorphins, chemicals in the body that make you feel good. Eating right and getting enough sleep also can keep you feeling your best.
Some girls say putting a warm water bottle or compress on their belly helps them feel better if they have cramps. A nice warm bath is another option. Ahh ... feel those cramps just floating away.

Not much you can do if your leaving in 10 minutes...Put a heating pad or a warm towel on your stomach for a few minutes or if you are going with a friend or family member ask them to bring you some pain killers.

dang girl you have no meds. the best thing to do when you have cramps. is too put a heating pad on. The heat helps relax the mussels so you dont cramp us as much. Others way to do it is exercise. by doing that. your releasing stress that can also many make you have a heaver period and you get blooded more.
If any of these dont work another way is to massage the spot that is hurting the most.

Put a heating pad on your stomach for about 5 minutes, then go to the nearest drugstore or grocery store and buy some Midol (works like a charm.) when you get the time to.

don't drink any cold milk because that makes it worse. then you should heat the pad in the microwave. and when you put the heated pad on, you should take some Midol or Advil and get a rest...try to lay down or something till the cramps wear away.
NO Asprin; it makes your period very heavy.

you could do with getting some pain killers while your out.try a warm drink.if you have any heat pads that will do.heat usually helps.like a hot water bottle.but you'd look silly carrying a hot water bottle about

take a hot bath nothinng is going to work in 10 min. frm now on take pills 3 days before u start and exercise so when u do take a pill they go right away. and watch what u eat. trust me this works coming 4rm a person who has been hospitalized for them.

Sometimes it helps to drink more water or use the restroom (bowel movement)---You really should just go get some pamprin/advil at the drugstore.
