I think Yahoo is great and all for us. I am careful not to say anything I wouldn't want published, so if Yahoo wants to scan my e-mail for keywords, that's fine with me. (Explanation: I order a pair of shoes, next week I receive 12 shoe catalogs. No biggee.) I think they scan our e-mail to see how many times the same question is asked and if correct information is given. That helps them develop their FAQs and "help" info.

Yahoo is out to make money. We are potential customers, therefore, to a certain extent, Yahoo is for us. Where would they be without us? Ask yourself that!

The site is free, so for us. Enforce their rules in a confusing manner, so against.

Actually, Yahoo is secretly spying on us for the FBI. J/K But I wouldn't be surpirsed if that were true.

Why? Use a different website for your homepage if you don't like Yahoo.

Neither. We are simply irrelevant peons so long as we continue to visit their web site and look at their ads. They only care about market share, ad money, etc.

For us, or they wouldn't work so hard trying to deal with all the complaints and get the glitches out
