I'm 5'11, 160 lbs and can bench press my weight. I have no formal combat training but my quickness rating is probably a +5.

I'm 6'1" 200 (OK 210 but it's been too hot to run) and can bench more than my own weight. I have no formal combat training, my quickness is also probably a +5 AND I have a Vorpal sword of piercing for a +2 attack bonus. Half of this post is true.

If you took one look at me the last thing on your mind would be fighting or bench pressing or even how strong you are.
When I wore my bakinni to the lake this big strong guy followed me around trying to rub lotion on me so I wouldn't get a sun burn.
He was 6'4" and weighed over 200 pounds and when i told him lets sit down here. Thats what he did.
And I didn't even have to scare him. I just smiled and down he went. So who is the strongest?

probably me. 5'10 185 former marine, combat training, hand to hand combat with wepons. trench warfare and NBC training. You can bench more than me though. I'd go for the take down and go for a submition (maybe arm bar or rear naked choke).
