Is it legal if your company you work for to revoke your driving privelages at work if you have a valid drivers liscense. And make you take 10 hour driving classes with out pay. For a minor accident with no injurys, also not at fault.

Vicarious or direct liability may come into play, as such insurance may have particular requirements, which your co. may have to conform to. Payment for compulsory training is another issue... again jurisdiction

If they're paying insurance or providing vehicles or something that gives them a monetary stake in your ability to drive, they can require it.

Certainly. They must carry liability insurance. They must control, to some degree what happens to their property.
