1. Age early 50's.
2. Paying a mortgage, still don't own the home yet.
3. No savings because of paying mortgage.
4. No retirement savings because I am retired now and already used what little that was there.
Yes, it is true that money is our friend. But, hey, money is my best friend.

3. Less than I'd like but the bills are getting paid and I enjoy life. Can't take it with me to the grave anyway.
