My mom and dad got a divorce a few months ago, my mom has custody of me and my dad has custody of my brother. We have to put our house up for sale cuz we cant afford it. My dad lives in an apartment five minutes away from my house. But when the house is sold me and my mom might move a little over an hour away. Mine and my moms family friends live out ther and we wnt to be near them, i would love to move out ther, but my dad would live over an hour away, and i would c him every other weekend and for the whole time practically on breaks from school. i dont know wut to choose. move away......................... or not.

If your mom has custody of you, you have nothing to choose. She chooses what is in your best interest. So you move away, which you say you want to do anyways and your dad is a little over an hour away. You'll still see him!
