i use it.

there's much worse that i could be doin
than just downloading a few songs!

bearshare rocks-
they want you to pay $20 anyways
for that upgrade thingy so it's not like
you're stealin the songs... you can pay.
if that'll clear you concious

It's not illegal to use it, but if you do illegal things (download music, videos, etc.) then yes, it's illegal to use it.
