I'm gonna have to go with Vision on this one. Data has kind of a pretentious and calulating attitude about everything that I imagine is kind of a turnoff. Vision is more the strong silent type. Furthermore, Data is usually meeting new women on planets that he is only stopping at for a short time. How many girls really wanna be a robot's one night stand? Vision lives at the Avengers Mansion so you know he probably isn't gonna skip town anytime soon. Chicks who are gonna take a chance with an artificial person probably don't want to be blown off afterwards.

Good question since they've both gotten laid.
I'd have to go with Data only because I like the character more than the Vision.

im not sure who vision has got with but data got with at least two pretty hot chicks, so i would say that he would win
