I don't remember them ever saying how far into Lebanon they would go. The goal, as far as Olmert is saying, is to make sure Hezbollah can't threaten Israel again.
To do this, however, in reality, would take an invasion of Syria and Iran, which would fit right into the Zionists plans to control the entire Middle East. It is all insanity though and the fighting just needs to stop.
