You shouldn't wear blue eyeshadow with blue eyes; you're supposed to choose colors at the opposite end of the color wheel (browns and golds for you) to make them stand out.

Besides browns and golds, try colors in dusky plum, lavender, sandy-pink, deep rosy-pink, purply-cranberry, bronzy-gold, and khaki green.

For eyeliner, try greyish-brown (sable), bronze, deep brown, and violet.

All in moderation, of course! :~)

It sounds like you might be in need of the 'rules of eye shadow application!" With blue eyes, blue shadows will enhance your eye color, and browns will make them pop! Many companies make eye shadow sets for specific eye colors.

What counts as much as the colors you use is how you apply them, and that is a matter of your eye shape.

Good luck, and have fun

Try a very light brown. It should enhance the blue eyes. But it has to be a LIGHT brown! The natural look.
