the film is set in some kind of space craft and has a core team which has a chinese looking extremely sexy girl! early in the film she is seen bathing with a colleague in a shower... if i am not wrong was it six degrees of separation or something... can someone tell?

Look up 'Saturn 3' - Farrah Fawcett is in a shower with Kirk Douglas near the start of that. Harvey Keitel is also in it - but they've dubbed him with a crap voice!!

I don't know but i am quite sure it is not Six Degrees of Separation. That movie starred a young Will Smith and it was based in NYC not a space craft.
