It really depends on what you are looking for, but here are a few sites that I purchase from:
Bavarian Autosport
www.bavauto.com/shop.asp
Bavarian Autosport offers a wide variety of aftermarket parts.
Bimmian
www.bimmian.com
Bimmian concentrates more on accessories than performance parts.
Pacific BMW Online Store
www.pacificbmw.com
Pacific BMW is a great dealership that puts a lot of their inventory on sale at a great price.
There's always Ebay which meets the needs of the majority of shoppers. But be careful about who you are buying parts from. Some parts are cheap but the quality is poor. You pay for performance.
Let me know if you are looking for something in particular.
Hope this helps. Good Luck.

Lol! If you have bmw you shouldn't need to look for cheap parts! Pay through the nose. My son had a porsche and found out that nothing comes cheap!

Bavarian Autosport is good. They're pricier, but if you find a cheaper price, let them know (don't BS them, they'll check) and they'll match it.
Another place where I get my parts all the time is BMA Autoparts. They're in the Glendale, CA area. www.bmaparts.com Ask for Yves or Patrick. These guys know Bimmers.

go to BMW used car dealers/shops if you do not mind second hand parts or surplus stores that cater expensive cars such as BMW's or another way is contact BMW direct in order to make sure you get the original parts needed.

If you are in the US then you can check out the site : http://www.autopartsworld.com/
This site has the most comprehensive list of parts in the order of CAR MAKE --> MODEL --> YEAR.
And moreover, they offer less price then their competitors.
Check out.
Thanks.
