im moving to a whole differnet school and itll be the first school i ever moved to how do i make friends there?

by being yourself and not trying too hard. trust me, desperation is a big turn off.

The best thing to do is be yourself. Even though I know you're probably gonna be scared, nervous, kinda shy. That's what you have to do. If you act like something you're not, you're gonna have fake friends...and you'll have to continue pretending to be something you're not...and that's not fun. But on that first day, you should be a little more outgoing than you might normally be....be sure to say hi and smile at everyone, be very very friendly....that way people will want to say hi and talk to you because you'll seem so nice (which I bet you are). So relax, be yourself, say hi to everyone! And don't worry, you'll make friends. Take care!

www.myspace.com Its a great place to meet friends that have similar interests as you! Im on there and I've met over 40 people THIS YEAR alone! Its a blast! Plus they have pics so you can see what they look like! I bet most of the students have accts, and you can intro yourself as the new girl. You can search for students of a particular school in a particular age group. Good luck.

I'm 24 years old and i went to 13 different schools as i grew up. All i can tell you is don't be shy. Go up to people and say hi and start to talk to them. you'll make more friends that way. Have confidants in yourself. Have the i don't care what you think attitude. all in all people are going to think i wish i was like that. Now if your shy from day one. your going to have a long year.

Try being friendly to everyone, and being yourself. Say hello to at least 1 new person a day. I tried this and ended up with all kinds of people as friends

You will live. When I was young, I went to at least 10 different schools by 12th grade. My parents moved a lot.

Just be good to the people in there. Be true to yourself and be simple. im sure a lot of new people will make friends with you.

i had the sane problem! i know it's kind of hard to find friends but what i did was that i started with a conversation first like i like ur outfit and then i ask her were did u get it from.
u know u just start with a conversation.and try to talk about hers self allot.

smile, be nice, dont cross your arms (if you do it will make people intimidated and wont approach you), to make a friend you gotta be a friend, always call your old friends to catch up with them, have fun, pray, live your life
