Try the Republican National Committee and Young Republicans.

I was a member of Young Republicans in College, and it was a lot of fun we well as very educational.

And as for articulating Republican values, then the Republican National Committee is the place to go.

I hope these help! Have a great day!

Read and read and read. I was a third generation Republican. I didn't know why but my dad and grandfather were and that was good enough for me.

During the Reagan years I started to really look at what the party did for me. I was raised in a working class Midwest environment.

I came to the conclusion, after talking with my precinct committee persons from both sides that the RNC loved me (for my vote) and did little to return the "favor".

The DNC didn't really have much more to offer but I did notice that when their "bleedin' heart" social programs were in place, the crime rate went down. Simple equation, people will steal to eat.

Please read books about President Nixon (good man). President Reagan and Bush's. Read Bill Clinton's book. Read Thomas Jefferson's works. Read Fortunate Son by James H Hatfield.

Please do this before you vote. These will give you an awesome insight and help you make your desciscison.

Thanks for reading all this and best of luck to you.

BTW, now I'm a democrat.

This is not a sarcastic answer - honestly, but you aren't a republican yet

You should seriously come up with your own beliefs... and not have other people tell you what you should feel

If your ideas and the republican party's are in line - then you are a republican

Good website to BE a Republican? Or websites to be a GOOD Republican?

Oh... wait...

There are none for either case.

Try these - they don't specifically address how to be a Republican, but they have a lot of good articles and such on conservative issues. Might find them useful.

Read the following and do the exact opposite.

Or you may go to #2 and look at the bottom for the numerous GOP organizations that might interest you.
