absolutely & there is nothing insane about it. after you wash your hands if you touch the handle of the door to leave you are touching the same surface as everyone who DIDNT wash there hands, now thats insane to me

After you use the restroom and wash you hands use a paper towel to open the door on your way out. So the answer would be yes.

No, and the whole germ thing is insane to me. There have been people for millions of years not washing their hands after going to the bathroom and yet you never hear that as a cause of death on T.V. I can see the headline now "Man dies today from visiting a public restroom and not using a paper towel to open the door." It is just crazy I have been using public restrooms for years and I have never caught anything, it is just a ploy from companies out there to get you to buy stupid products like hand sanitizer and waste your money

To enter in - no. On the way out - definately. I usually use the one I dried my hands with so that I can save on paper. It kind of sucks when there are no paper towels. Then I just grab a little toilet paper. It also sucks if there is not a trash basket near the door. If it is inside the room but by the door I can still throw it inside. A lot of places have trash cans outside the door.

Sometimes according to others this is excessive. Oh well. Some stores like Jewel Now have wipes for the shopping kart handles.It's the thought that counts anyway.Most guys don't seem to wash after taking a wiz. If I have to pull the door handle open I'd rather use a paper towel. I hate blow dryers.While your at it what the ***** is that stuff they call toilet paper?

Yeah maximum cases I do. extremely while there's a garbage can stunning close to the door, that way i will in basic terms open the door, carry it open like with my foot, then toss the paper towel interior the trash. different public bogs now are placing out to no longer have handle doors so i do no longer could use paper towels too in many cases. No- and the people who do should be shot. Who do they think they are leaving a nasty wet towel in the door handle for the next person to have to remove in order to get out of the restroom. I always say something to these self-centered pricks. If you are that afraid of germs, stay home or hold it.

I keep a small bottle of hand sanitizer in my purse and use it when I'm finished washing my hands.
If stores supply soap in their restrooms, they all should supply the hand sanitizer also.
