In a sense you can. Get a clean washcloth and dampen it with luke-warm water and gently wash the guinea pig with that. You shouldn't really put a guinea pig in water...
Also, my guinea pigs loved it when I brushed their fur. Get one of those little travel brushes and use that. They will coo for you! lol

Yeah! I bath my rabbits (which you look after just the same as guinea pigs). You can get a special shampoo for small animals.

Yes you can..we bathe ours about every few weeks.. Use a good shampoo that you buy at the pet store and make sure the water is not to hot. Lather up rinse and blow dry on a low setting. Dont let them be in a draft after the bath, they can get a cold really fast.

You could but I wouldn't recommend it . I have several of them and they clean there selves quite well as a cat does so it isn't necessary and they do catch colds very easily so it may be of harm to them. Also they will lose their trust in you and really fuss whenever you want to hold them. At most if you see they are having a problem in there private area as some males do concerning getting the bedding material impacted there a few gentle swipes with a damp warm rag will be good enough.
