I would recommend getting some spyware/adware help :)

These are some options you can choose to do:
1> Scan your computer for spyware/adware using a free software from Microsoft called Windows Defender: http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx

> You can buy Webroot Spy Sweeper here, it's very nice, safe and very up-to-date:

> Use Windows Update to make sure you have the latest security updates: http://www.windowsupdate.com

> You can download the latest version of Internet Explorer, it's the new version, fast, clean and secure:

A lot people seem to ask similar questions...........
The answer is simple, if you do NOT recognise the e-mail address etc, do NOT open it, DELETE it.
I have an e-mail guard, everytime I hit SPAM it knows not to allow this e-mail address to gain entrance entrance into my inbox again.

IF YOU DO NOT RECOGNISE IT, DO NOT OPEN IT MY FRIEND. :-) :-)
