my cp keeps freezing up what can i do?

you dont say how old your pc is you dont say what winsows your using you dont say how much ram you have in the pc you dont say
what the processor speed is
dont run to many program's at 1 time and dont have so many programs starting up when windows start's up and do a scan with anti spyware /trojans/virus here get them

download xoftspy422 and install it then run it stop the scan and click on scan settings tick every box and click on where it says >> click here to select a folder then tick the (c) thats your hard drive if you have 2 hard drives tick the 2 of them then click ok

Could be a few things...you might be overheating, check the fans to make sure they are spinning fast and download SpeedFan to check temps. Also could be hard drive or RAM. MemTest86 does a great job of checking RAM.

you might want to run some anti-virus stuff. you might have a virus.

or maybe your memory is full(?)

i really don't know that much about computers, but you still should run an anti virus thing. that i know for sure.

delete the junk slowing it down
click on Tools, go down to Internet Options
click on Delete, delete all that junk
don't worry it doesn't delete anything you have saved
