Most literated state in the US??

I'm givin F grade for washington ,DC where i live.. .. 80% Ignorant and rude ppl ..

Around 80% of the ppl never been to college in DC. worst city buncha nuts..

Actually...I've read somewhere that it's Utah.

(In my state, North Carolina..a few years ago they had a teachers' convention in downtown Raleigh. The wording on the banner that was strung up on the front of the Convention Center was misspelled: "Excellence in Educathon"...this REALLY happened!)

If you move away from there, the percentage would go up a bit. The word is literate. Unless of course you're asking about the most littered state. That would probably have to be New York or California.

What is 'literated'? If you mean literate, it would be either the
Midwest, or one of the Western states, from my experience.

If you mean liberated, that would be any state that has a high percentage of born-again Christians, such as those in the South.
