There are lots of places in Toronto. Your best bet is ask some people who work at bondage/SM shops. They are very liberated and will tell you any good place to go for whatever you are into.

Check out Windsor, Had no problems finding where to go with my second wife 4-6 years ago. In vancouver now and blessedly single don,t know where to go now
