PS3, it is going to take 5-10 years for the software developers to even come close to maxing out the power of the PS3 when they create their games. It is that powerful. I already have mine preordered. I am getting the 60GB version because I have an HD TV and I want the high def. output capabilities of the higher end unit. If you pick me as best I will email you the link to the webisite that allows preordering and actually charges a little less than a store will charge. (shipping included)

I grew up with Nintendo, but when PlayStation came out I loved it and PS2...However, when xbox came out it wasn't the same feeling...I actually didn't get one until about 8 months before xbox 360 came out...and I loved Halo 1 & 2 so much (as well as a ton of other games) that I did end up getting a 360...I even use the online subscription service...
Now as for the other 2 next gen's I know I'm getting a wii right away. For one it's cheaper, and I'm kinda broke right now and I know that won't change by the time PS3 comes out...that and the wii seems more innovative than PS3...and I have my 360, I know that I'll probably be saving up for the PS3 anyway...but it's just soooooo expensive (the cheaper model is not even worth spitting at for the price), and the games are going to be expensive too...The whole console war is getting out of hand...they've got to find a way to cut the prices on these things.
Oh, right...um I guess I'd go with the 360 (the better model) or wii if you don't have the cash, but if money's not a problem, then I'd definately get the PS3--but only the better one...

Man this one is a tough one. Ok my advice would be if u have money for a PS3 then u should get an Xbox 360 and a Nintendo Wii for the price of one PS3. If are a serious sony fan then u should get the PS3 but i seriously dont recomend it. With the Xbox 360 they have an awesome online service and some awesome games too. The nintendo Wii has a virtual console which means that u can buy ANY game from the nes (original nintendo) Super nes or nintendo 64 which is awesome. also it has a free online wi-fi service. Have u ever played super smash bros. melee. if u have then imagine kicking other peoples asses in the awesome fighting game for FREE. to me thats one hella of a deal.

Hey,Kyle(You got my fiance's name).
It is really important to know the goods you are buying.I personally think that it would be better if you would decide for yourself but of course,if you need a second opinion,i would recommend the Playstation 3(PS 3) which is only due in November this year.I'm not really sure of the date.Xbox 360 will be going in the old shelves once PS 3 comes out and personally from what i know,Wii is overshadowed by Playstation and Xbox. Its not competitive enough in terms of its games and graphics which i think is the most important in this 21st century. And have you checked out their new controller?I mean, what the heck?I've research abit of these 3 models for you and i hope you can make a decision that you would be sastified with.

i would get a 360. i do have a lot of games for ps2, however i do have an xbox. i would get the 360 because it has 1/2 the pricetag of the ps3 (ps3-$600, vs 360-around $350). also, because the 360 has been around longer, improvements are already being made to it.

If you're more into gaming and not watching dvd's then defnitely Wii. It only costs $250, as opposed to the 360's $500 and PS3s $600.

it all depends on what you are a fan of. The ps3 would come out with the 20 gb nd a 60 gb memory. Sony said they wouldn't sell a console without a hard drive like xbox360 that u have to buy it separately

You should get the PS3, because it has Blu-Ray, it already has 50-something games, and you can download things onto it, like music and videos and stuff. But if you still dont want to spend $600 for one, get the Wii, because it has some cool games (like the Lengend of Zelda: Twilight Princess), and its cheap (plus it has the wireless motion-sensored controller).

I'm planning on a PS3 myself. And always get the premium package because it will save you money in the end, instead of buying the parts seperately later.
