It depends on how it is prepared. Mostly it tastes like dark meat from a chicken with the texture of pork. Keep an open mind. If it worries you, eat only things that look like birds.

I would stick with vegetarian dishes if your going to asia I have no idea what it taste like and the idea of eating a dog sickens me!

Okay but please don't eat dog meat. The conditions for dogs at market are horrendous and shouldn't be supported. Dogs are intelligent, sensitive beings and should be treated humanely.
