from my experience you can put any drive train under any type car, just depends how deep your pockets go and how long your willing to wait for it. But as for you paticular question. It depends on what year corvette you have. Newer Vette's have different set ups than older vette's. For an example: a 98' vette. if i'm not mistaken, will be more difficult because the transmission is built in with the differential and sits at the back of the car. which will require a vette's suspension to carry it.

yes you can. The motor should mount up just fine. It's a 350 CI block and the trucks were available with a 350. The transmission and axle/suspension mounts may need some fabrication work for the correct mounts and you'll need a new longer driveshaft.

I believe you could do this with relatively few modifications. There should be ample room to work with so that shouldn't be a problem . You may have to fabricate a bit making new motor mounts and perhaps modify the length of the drive shaft but aside from this its quite do-able .

If you're willing to put forth the work, have the knowledge(or help), and have the money to spend on it, any combination is possible. It may not be practical though. You are talking about doing something that will require a lot of custom fabrication.
