Milk production does not start until late in the 2nd or early in the 3rd trimester. If you have something coming out of your breasts and don't know if you are pregnant or not you could have some kind of infection, or breast cancer (This is one of the things said to look out for on the little Self Breast exam cards) You CAN have clear discharge in the early stages of pregnancy according to my OB/GYN though.

Milk does not just come out of your breast. Your body doesn't even start producing milk until after you deliver a baby.
But if you've got white goo coming out of your breast, you need to have that looked at by a doctor. Could be an infection.

Have you tasted it, so how do you know it's milk?
Some women have a milk like discharge at different times of the month from their breasts. Are ur breasts tender too? Then you might be preggers

No. It means your body is producing a hormone called prolactin. If you are producing milk and not pregnant, it is called galactorrhea.
There are a lot of reasons for this, some are minor in terms of your overall health, but you should see a doctor just in case it's something important.
