Can any 1 tell me what, in the 1980's was the largest single thatch roof in the southern hemisphere?

Yes, I do believe it is the Hans Merensky Club (HMC) which is in Phalaborwa South Africa and had one of the best golf courses in the world, wild animals roam over it whilst you are playing.
Sometimes the baboons climb on the roof and start pulling the thatch out, but I believe this is the correct answer.
