Lampard is a very good player, but comparing him to the legend that is Steven Gerrard is laughable.
Gerrard is the best midfielder, captain, and footballer in the world.

I love Number 8 Liverpool
He is all position player , i only never see him in goalkeeper position . In World Steven Gerrard have 2 goal , Frank Lampard is 0 goal .

In 125th FA Cup Final ,he have 2 goal , 1 in front gooalkeeper and another 1 in 40 yaw shhot goal .
Last year Steven Gerrard also made a first goal in Champion League and then more 2 goal are coming in 4 minute . Final Liverpool have a Fifth Champion League Cup .

Steven Gerrard definitely. Gerrard's the one that's pulling Liverpool on & on wheras Lampard's winning throphies because there are good & expensive players around him. Gerrard's also more versatile than lampard

steven gerrard coz he's the best captain around for liverpool.
so inspirational and always delivers in big matches.
and if you are gonna say none of them did much good in the world cup but steven gerrard was much much much better than lampard.

When you consider the statistical data from the Opta index, Frank Lampard is a superior player by far. As for Stevie G's loyalty, it's funny how you can be persuaded to stay at a club when your family is threatened by moronic supporters..
