If a woman's first husband has an accident and can't work why can't she marry another man to help support her and the family?

women having more than one husband is polyandry so under polygamy, no they can't

No, I am from a polygamous culture and women are not allowed to have more than one husband at time, but they can remarry when they leave their husband.

As for I know a woman can have one husband at a time in all cultures. Polygamy is now greatly decreasing and disliked.

No, the general function of polygamy is breeding. A man with many wives can breed much faster. It doesn't matter how many husbands a woman has she is rather limited in the amount she can breed.
