some guy just sent me an email his name was justin n and hes new and he was like where are you from i was just gonna write back why does he need to know and it wont let me this is weird....does anyone no who he is or what to do?

It is never a good idea to open an email from someone you don't know because it could be a virus. I always mark these as spam in my yahoo email and any other emails from that person goes into the bulk (junk) mail folder

Do not give him any personal information what so ever. If you feel like you need to talk to him then just say hi. Don't tell him where you live or your age. That stuff is very dangerous.
