About 50% of women who miscarry do not undergo a D&C procedure. Women can safely miscarry on their own, with few problems in pregnancies that end before 10 weeks. After 10 weeks, the miscarriage is more likely to be incomplete, requiring a D&C procedure to be performed. Choosing whether to miscarry naturally (called expectant management) or to have a D&C procedure is often a personal choice, best decided after talking with your health care provider.

Uh, you should probably see the doctor considering they'll be waiting to make sure that you come in for regular check ups like a normal pregnant woman would. Ther could be something wrong with the reproductive system if its not the first miscarrage.

She must go to a doctor immediately cos there will be residues inside n it can poison the woman. Also sometimes only one part of the baby falls.I heard it on Tv a woman had miscarriage but her pregnancy continued n they saw that she was going to have a baby with no feet.
