Nope. Usually milk coming out of your breast means you already had a baby. Usually during pregnany nothing comes out until you are far enough along that you already know you're pregnant- like the last month or so. Often nothing comes at all until after delivery. Also, this is not milk, until day 2 postpartum- it is colostrum. However, if you have already had a baby, there may still be small amounts of milk for months after you stop nursing. This may only come out or be noticable when breasts are stimulated or squeezed- in which case you may not know that there was still milk. So, if you have, say, a 6-month old hwo you nursed for 3 months, and you are afraid that you are pregnant again because you have discovered you have a little milk, no, that isn't what it means. However, I would reccomend seeing a doctor otherwise, because there may be some condition or something. Also even though a little milk doesn't mean you are, neither does it mean you aren't- so if you think you may be, do a test.

Milk does not basically come out of your breast. Your body would not even commence generating milk till when you furnish slightly one. yet in case you've were given white goo popping out of your breast, you want to have that appeared at by technique of a clinical professional. may be an infection.
