If so, have you seen his new show "Extras?" and what do you think of it? I'm pretty anxious to see some episodes, but haven't had a chance yet.

I love "The Office"!. Ricky Gervais is incredibly funny. I liked that show so much that I bought the complete DVD set of the series. My husband and I have watched the entire thing 3 times and have lent it out to numerous friends who have loved it also.
I haven't seen any episodes of "Extras" but I did see a clip when Gervais was on "The Daily Show" one night, looks as hilarious as "the Office". I don't know what station carries "Extras", I think it's available on BBC Canada but I don't subscribe to that channel. I think I'm going to have to.

BTW, The American version of "The Office" is pretty good, but the original version is better! "David" is such an *** and "Gareth" is one of a kind!

I love both versions of The Office and Ricky is a comedic genius. I love Extras. I can't wait to see it again. Is it coming back on? My fav episode of Extras was the one where they were in line getting food and the fat server put his finger in the potatoes because Ricky said there was a pube in them. OMG that was hilarious! Gervais' response was priceless! HBO has Extras.

i do no longer think of you recognize that he's at the back of the guise of irony and satire - sometimes it may come for the time of as bullying and in my view i think of he in many cases is going too far and intensely virtually will become certainly one of his own characters from the workplace - Chris Finch. i think of he's wiser than he shall we on, yet as long as human beings comprehend he would not extremely recommend it i think of it extremely is humorous. on the different hand, different comedians like bill Bailey in no way have a go at persons - greater symbols or manufacturers or somebody that represents something undesirable. to respond to your question - the organisers in basic terms prefer what they regard as reducing part brit humour.
