when u transfer ur liscense with points on them from ny or any where outside of florida, does florida hold those points against you also? and when going for a job that requirea a liscense check does the job hold points against you from other states or do they just consider what you got in florida?

I think that its a national thing. It is against you name and name on your license, so even if you transfer, it will go with you. I think I would do some research and see if you can go to a driving school and take some classes, to see if you can get some of the points off your license, if they are high or close to the suspension or revocation level. I think, a long time ago, that you are allowed a maximum of 25 points and when you reach that limit, your license is permanently revoked. Like I said, I would check it out and see what you can do to clean it up.

So certain, your violation information will be available in Florida. many times if you're having your approved checked for violations, ALL violations will count number hostile to the job, because they're ALL surchargable.
