Good news!!!

Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you boost your muscle your weight will go up, you will look more toned and you will burn more fat.

Start lifting those weights.

Do muscle strengthening exercise and avoid heavy cardio b/c the cardio will make you BURN calories and you NEED the calories. Eat a lot of protein and possibly start drinking some protein shakes.

get into sports, those will give you exercise too build up muscle

think about it- if you ADD muscle, you add weight...any competent weight training/muscle building program will be OK.
