I really don't agree with asking your parents because truthfully, if you felt you had that kind of relationship with them you wouldn't ask people on a website. From some of my studies and experience I have found that the best way to know what an orgasm is is by experience through masturbation. Don't be afraid of that word. It is a perfectly natural thing that most people begin doing at an early age. And it is a very safe way to discover your sexuality. No one can truly explain what an orgasm is to you. You have to experience it for yourself and I do not recommend with a partner. Discover it by yourself!

If you are entirely serious, I'm thinking you are asking what a "common" or sexual orgasm is.....

Plainly put, it would be when a man "comes" or ejaculates. He could do this thru masturbation or through intercourse and some younger guys can do it just by seeing someone attractive or by thinking sexy thoughts.

For a woman, an orgasm is also kind of when the pleasure is at the very highest level. It's hard to explain what it is, but when you have one, you know. It's an "out of control" feeling for a female when she is young and/or inexperienced.

As you get older, you learn more about your body and what it does when it's experiencing different sexual sensations.

This is not a very techincal or clinical reply but hopefully it makes sense.

P.S. It is completely normal for a woman to take a long, long time to have an orgasm. Many women can't have them just by having intercourse alone. They often need to have stimulation on their clitoris to help them get to the level of pleasure needed to bring on an orgasm.

P.P.S. Many women goes YEARS and don't have one because they are having sex too young and they are only giving or only concerned with how the man feels. Fortunately, as we age, we also find better lovers and we become more self assured.

Never, never have sex with someone who refuses to wear protection or with someone who only cares about his or her "needs" in the sack.

And if you can't stand the sound of a crying baby.....keep it in your pants. Pregnancy happens when people have sex.

an orgasm? what? I think its the little things right next to the muffller bearings on a 1972 Datsun 210. I'm not really sure if thats the right year, maybe 1973. They only used them for a short time, they didn't last long.
