Yep, I have their number, but you can't have it - its for power sellers only.
EBay is wonderful - but it lacks one thing - customer service....go through the contact form via email...or try putting a post in the community page and hoping the PINKS will answer you!

No way to call them. If you have a dispute you have to follow their dispute resolution process. I had one with something that was never shipped, I got an email back saying it would take 6 months to investigate. Luckily it was only a $10 item and I did get a refund in about 3 months. However I have a friend who had a big dispute over an XBOX they paid 900, the thing didn't work they shipped it back and the seller only gave them a 200.00 credit its been almost a year and ebay has done nothing further. There is no way to talk to them - so I just buy things that are 10.00 and under like books, also check the sellers rating and numbers of items sold the person has to have at least a 10+ and have sold more than 50 items. If someone only has single digits its best to stay away.

Good luck

There's only a customer services number for Powersellers.

If you're a Powerseller you'll have been sent the phone number by e-mail, if you're not a Powerseller and you phone them on that number they won't speak to you.

You'll probably end up having to rely on sending an e-mail to them, they usually respond but sometimes take a while.
