I would not use BLEACH. Over time bleach will yellow and break down the fibers.
I would wash them in Oxiclean only, and make sure they are rinsed very well before drying and folding.
If you have any stains on linens before washing, wet the spot and sprinkle the spot with Oxiclean and let set 45 min. to an hr.
I know sometimes starch will yellow, if you are planning on ironing or starching, just use distilled water.

Fill a pot with water and a few slices of lemon, bring to the boil. Turn off the heat, add the linens and soak for up to an hour. Then wash them as usual. Drying them outside in full sunshine will help too.

If you are only washing the linens, put a 1/2 cup of lemon juice in the rinse cycle. They will sparkle.

Soak it in hot water and clorax overnight before washing it and make sure you are only washing the linens, don't add any other materials with it, especially colored clothes. When you are washing them, set the water temperature at hot.

Use bleach. It keeps all our whites...well, white. Just make sure theres nothing colored in there by mistake!
