How long have u known her? Cuz i kno dat if a guy comes on really strong like u seem to be, Im so turned off to him. So i think dat u shud talk to her an tell her dat u seem to b havin feelings 4 her but dont tell her u love her. Ask her out on a date an if she doesnt say yes, keep ur cool an jus try again another day. Im sure sooner or later, if its meant to b she'll realize it. Hope I helped.

It's never too late. Just tell her that you love her and maybe something beautiful may happen. If you don't express yourself, you never know what the other party feels. "Better late than never".
