I really like my ex-boyfriends close friend. I believe that he likes me 2. He has watched me at bad times and at good times. I dont know if I should say something first 2 him. Please give me some advice.

Here's what will happen:
you tell him you like him, he tell you that he likes you, you date, your ex will get mad and jealous, you ex will dump his best friend, you and your ex's friend will have a great relationship with your ex out of the picture.
