I like those choices! Trap-doors are awsome!
My favorites are probably the yellow and Black Argiope (Argiope aurantia) I actually have one as a desk pet in my office right now, ny boss doesnt approve, but hey....I think she is really neat.
I also really love (Saperda puncticollis), the beetle that is in my image there. I found these guys on my Virginia creeper, really beautiful longhorn!

hmm..............I love spiders, play with many safe ones.I think i like the trapdoor spider the best and for some reason a firefly.I heard that somewhere in South America or South Africa a few tribes perform a special ritual when they see fireflies dancing around.I'm facinated that they secrete chemicals and priduce light for mating. It's astounding.Oh yeah,i like trapdoor spiders because they are so sneaky, and their traps are ingeniously camoflauged and sophisticated.By the way what are your favourite arthropods or insects?Reply to me if u want more answers or just to make a friend.Bye now

I agree that those large Argiopes are impressive!
I remember seeing some spiders (sorry, I'm really bad with arthropod names) that weave a very large web, but the individuals themselves are actually extremely small and numerous, and they cluster together in the center of the web. When they start to move and scatter, the sheer amount of tiny, crawling spiders is amazing!
I saw these in the Iberá marshes, in northeastern Argentina; I think they're active at sunset.

And the next most interesting experience was finding a huge caterpillar in my garden and raising it (well, in fact, a good friend of mine kept the cocoon) until it emerged. It was a stunningly beautiful moth, Rothschildia jacobeae (I know the name thanks to my friend).

Well, not insects, but never the less arthropods. I have peppermint shrimp in my saltwater aquarium that often spawn when I turn the lights out in the evenings.

i imagine the Praying Mantis is cool searching, yet then so is the Moe Cricket they're sometime said as the Potato trojan horse yet they do no longer even devour potatoes! they're huge, yellow and black and wicked searching and also wingless, yet having stated that the male Stag Horn Beatle is amazingly cool searching too.
